How long does it take to receive my body care order?​

Typically it takes about 7-10 days to receive your order once your order has been processed. However, Royal Klass Boutique, LLC is not able to control any unforeseen postal issues. If there are updates regarding your order, we will keep you informed.

What is the return policy for body care?
All sales are final but if your order is not available or you are not interested in waiting for the item, a refund will be provided or you can request to receive a different item.

How are items shipped?
Orders are shipped by volume and you may receive your orders via USPS.
What are my payment options?

At this time we accept payment via PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, After Pay, Affirm, Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Venmo. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to place an order.

How quick will I get a response to my emails or message?
Please allow 24-48 hours for a response to any inquiries you might have.

How is shipping calculated?
USPS calculates the shipping based off the address provided.
